My Background

I was born in the foothills of the Alleghany Mountains in Western Pennsylvania and now live in the Foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in East Tennessee. My current hometown of Oliver Springs is the gateway to Windrock Mountain. I love the simple life of the mountain people. Natural and Holistic healing methods are part of who I am. I love being a Holistic Coach who can help people change and enhance their lives in a positive way.

I have been married to my husband for almost 28 years. I have 2 grown children. We have dogs and raise chickens…not just for eggs. My passion are my Ayam Cemani chickens. The royal bird of Indonesia. We also love to travel this great country of ours and connect with people. We are often found showing one of our 3 Audis….yes we have a passion for them and joining with other car and nature enthusiasts all over.

My Journey

I have spent most of my nursing career working with patients who suffer from end stage and chronic disease. I currently work as a case manager helping patients navigate their kidney disease journey as I am transitioning to full time coaching.

I am a Bariatric Patient. My Biliary Pancreatic Diversion with Duodenal Switch (BPD/DS) was performed in October 2022 and I have lost over 250 lbs and am living in maintenance.

I am currently in certification to be a Board Certified Nurse Coach. I can practice as a Registered Nurse in Tennessee and all compact states with the addition of Connecticut, District of Columbia, Illinois and Pennsylvania. I can practice in other states as a life coach, only.

I sincerely love coaching and look forward to helping you with all your needs as a navigator, mentor and guide.
